All information on transaction account status and updates can be delivered as statements in manner that suits you best:
- via eBanking services: Erste NetBanking and Erste SMS
- via email, fax, regular mail, at bank branches or FINA branches
- via SWIFT to banks abroad (SWIFT messages MT940 and MT942)
Visa Business Debit
Each Erste transaction account owner can use Visa Business Debit card, which can be used to withdraw cash at ATM, and to pay for products and services at points of sale with ease. Your debit card gives you a number of benefits, which include:
- depositing cash at Bank’s ATMs that support deposit functionality
- issuing an additional card for transaction account assignees for primary user, without additional fees
- withdrawing cash at Erste’s ATMs, without additional fees
- purchasing products and services at points of sale carrying Visa label worldwide, without additional fees
